American Romance Is In The Air For Hrithik
Our desi loverboy Hrithik Roshan is all set to pair opposite American actress Kristen Stewart in Shekhar Kapur’s next “Paani”. Kristen Stewart, 20, was seen palying the role of Bella Swan in the movie Twilight. In this typical “Romeo-Juliet” story, Hrithik dons the role of a lower-class Mumbai guy who falls in love with a rich beauty. Shekhar was on a look out for someone delicate and vulnerable to fit the character of Juliet. Kristen suited the role to the “T”. It seems she is a huge fan of Shekhar Kapur’s works. Whether Hrithik- Kristen pair will be a hit with the audience only time will tell.

Barbara claims she is stronger than Hrithik
In once instance, he had injured his ankle, on another occasion he deeply cut his wrist and was rushed to the hospital.
Interestingly his leading lady Barbara Mori too had to do some stunts in the film but she was lucky enough never to be injured.
“Unlike Hrithik I didn’t had major injuries but yes I did have some while shooting, I guess I am stronger than him,”
the Mexican actress laughs out.
Now i’m sure, this will give Hrithik a complex big time..

‘Kites’ Will Be A Complete Trend Setter : Says Kangana Ranaut
Rakesh Roshan’s KITES is certainly one of the most anticipated and awaited films of the year. Not only will the audience get to see their favourite super hero Hrithik Roshan after a gap of almost two years but this time around he is paired opposite the hot and sensuously beautiful Spanish starlet, Barbara Mori, which makes KITES a hot proposition, literally speaking!However, not much is being written about our own National Award winner, Kangna Ranaut, who is also essaying an important character in the film, nor has she been seen in the promos that are out on various channels and portals. So, what does our Himachal beauty thinks about KITES?
Well, Kangna is honest enough to admit that her role in KITES is a short one, but says that it is very important to the narrative and adds that she is extremely happy to be a part of such a prestigious, international project. She also proclaims that KITES will be a trend setter; as it has the complete look and feel of a Hollywood project, like (for example) its technical aspects which are as superior as any Hollywood film. Certainly Kangna this sure reflects in the promos and trailers of KITES which seem to be getting hotter with each passing day!

Hrithik-Barbara get wet in Las Vegas
Pretty simple!! Rakesh Roshan got permission to block the road, arranged for rain machines, got Hrithik and Barbara wet and also wild (I am guessing) and got his perfect shot. Anurag was told that that he will get the perfect natural blue lighting in the morning but the effect lasts for only ten minutes.
With talented people like Hrithik and Barbara he got his desired shot.
We hope Kites will fly really high

Hindi Film ‘Kites’ music premieres on radio
Mumbai, (BollywoodWorld.com) The music of Hrithik Roshan’s eagerly awaited film “Kites” has been launched and this is the first time a movie album has premiered on a radio channel. “I think, this is for the first time there is a music premiere happening on a radio channel, which is great. I am hoping for some good feedback,” Hrithik told reporters at the Radio Mirch studio here Thursday. There has been a lot of buzz about the film and finally the promotion has started.
Asked how different the promotions will be from other movies, Hrithik said: “I am not the marketing guy, so I am clueless. I am just an actor and am happy doing acting. I don’t think on those terms.
“They (marketing team) must be doing something to promote the film. They will tell me what to do and I will do whatever I can do.”
Directed by Anurag Basu, “Kites” will be released in both Hindi and English. The film is about two lovers and their thrilling journey filled with precious moments and unexpected betrayal.
Mexican actress Barbara Mori, who plays Hrithik’s love interest in the movie, is expected to come down for the promotion activities of the movie set for a May 21 release.
“Yes, I think she will be coming down on the 20th of next month and help in promoting the film,” said Hrithik.
Kangana Ranaut also features in the movie, but she has not been highlighted so far.
“I really am not the person who decides on promotion and marketing. The film is a love story between Barbara and me. The idea to project the first promos of the film comes from the director’s vision, what he wants to tell the audiences and that’s how the promos are made,” said Hrithik.
Asked whether he has flown kites, Hrithik said: “Yes, I remember papa used to teach me. We used to live on the 13th floor of a building… I was too small and I used to wonder that the kites seems so light but when it’s flying, it’s really hard to hold the ‘manja’ (string). I remember that really clearly because I could not hold it and it used to keep flying away from my hand.”

No songs in KITES for foreign audience
Rush Hour director Brett Ratner was so taken in by Hrithik Roshan's upcoming film Kites that he offered his services to make the film click in the US. "I was introduced to Ratner in Los Angeles. We got talking about films and I showed him the English version of Kites," Rakesh Roshan, the film's producer, told HT City. "Ratner said it's a good film with the ability to cross over only if it is presented keeping in mind the American sensibilities. He offered to work on it."
A month later, Roshan returned to LA to discover that Ratner had chopped the songs from the film, and also reduced its length from 118 to 90 minutes. "His editing upped the film's intensity for the US market," Roshan said.
Also starring Kangna Ranaut and Mexican actress Barbara Mori, the film's Hindi and English versions will release simultaneously in India and the US on May 21.
Ratner reportedly told a US daily, "I'm not saying that Kites will be the hit that Rush Hour was, but I felt it had the potential to cross over."
